Pay a $10 deposit and get one fresh aprons in your preferred color. Whenever it gets messy, just toss it in the Shift Fresh Dirty Bin and we’ll handle the rest. You’ll be charged $5 per wash, automatically, each time we pick up a dirty apron. A clean one will be waiting for you at Fish Gaucho the very next day.
